Resolution Time

It’s that time of year again, where we make resolutions for the New Year. 2017 resolutions will consist of eating health, working out, eating less sugar, not eating out, etc. We tell ourselves that this year we are going to stick to our resolutions longer.

Time out! Let’s change things up a little in 2017! Instead making resolutions, let’s make 2017 lifestyle adjustments! What are your thoughts? By making lifestyle adjustments you can fully balance working out, eating healthy and still eat out by stopping by for a healthy pre-created or self-created salads and wraps. Looking for a health choice after an intense workout, but still have a long list of errands to run, stop on my for a freshly-squeezed juice or choose one of our high proteins and still feel great.
