After spending countless summers on their grandfather’s farm, Grassroots Salad Company’s founders know first-hand that some of the best-tasting ingredients come straight from the farm. We wanted to bring that same great taste to our customers. That’s why many of our ingredients, including some seasonal, often local and organic ingredients, are served straight from the farm to our counter – making it possible for us to deliver our mission of providing healthy and tasty food to people on the go.

In addition to local and seasonal ingredients when available, our proteins are all all-natural and both hormone and antibiotic free.
Reclaimed wood was used to build the Grassroots Salad Company kiosk and the countertop is made out of recycled paper.
Our salads and wraps are served in compostable bowls, derived from plants grown in the USA.
We thoroughly wash all of our ingredients in natural and eco-friendly cleaning products.
Our setup is simple – no ranges or dishwashers – to help decrease our footprint.
